HCG Detox Diet Success Tips

Do’s

  • Take good multi-vitamin/ mineral with potassium ( or take separately ).
  • Make sure all vitamins are NOT fat soluble. No vit E or A
  • We recommend you buy high quality products such as those carried by heath stores.
  • They will help with energy and regularity
  • Drinks lots of water, but no diet drinks
  • Do light exercise
  • Drink green tea
  • Stick to only the foods on the detox plan
  • Your can use natural stevia to replace sugar

 

Don’ts

  • Do not use products that has oil in it, these include oil based cosmetics.
  • As fats and oils applied to the skin are absorbed and interfere with weight reduction by the
  • HCG just as they were eaten. The body will stop burning fat and digest these oils instead.
  • No gums or mints or sugar
  • Plateau breakers ( if weight loss slows)
    • Increase water in take
    • Try adding a cup or 2 of green tea to your day if haven’t already
    • Don’t eat 2 apples for the fruits , or and cut down the apple size
    • Cut down on beef or cut out
    • If mixing vegetables stop
    • If having trouble with constipation, try our slimming herb tea, our clients say they find it very successful
    • Leave out one or both bread sticks/melba toast
    • And remember no diet drinks or cheats
